Color is a major part of the menu, with a focus on natural, lived-in tones. Blonde work includes bleach-free maintenance with toner, treatment, cut and blowout, bleach touch-ups with toning, and full blonde transformations. Other color options cover root retouches that cover grays or refresh the base, all-over color, gloss or tone, balayage and highlights, lowlights and dimensional brunette, and creative color with custom designs such as halos, blocking, blends and vivid shades. Color correction is available with a $60 deposit, and a free color consultation of about 15 minutes covers hair history, daily routine and goals before any color or cut is booked.

Cuts range from bang trims and fringe to a precision cut and blowout, a dry curl cut for curly hair followed by a double cleanse, deep conditioning and full curl styling, and the Haircraft Reset, which pairs a scalp treatment and personalized deep conditioning with a haircut and blowout. A wash and blowout includes a smoothing treatment. Hot tool styling and K18 treatment can be added to any service.

The studio is open Wednesday through Sunday, with Wednesday 10 AM to 3 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 7 PM, Friday and Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday 8 AM to 12 PM; it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Referred clients receive a first-time discount. A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $40, $77, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final once sold.
