Visiting starts with booking through the spa's official website, ideally one to three weeks ahead. New clients complete a Luxury Consultation at least a week before their first appointment and receive 15% off that first visit. Clients are asked to text on arrival so staff can meet them at the entrance. Each client receives a complimentary gift with snacks and drinks. Payment options include Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, which needs approval before the appointment.
Policies are spelled out clearly. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies, and clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may have their appointment cancelled or moved. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours incur the full fee and forfeit the 50% deposit. Sales are final. Any issue with a service is addressed within 24 hours, and install touch-ups should be booked within four weeks. Clients showing signs of illness are asked to reschedule at least two weeks out.
