The menu spans coloring, from single process color and toners to balayage, ombre and full highlights, plus cuts for men and women, silk presses and curly-hair services, perms, Brazilian blowouts, and several extension methods including tape-ins, microlinks, I-tips, hand-tied rows and keratin heat fusion. Stylists can mix custom shades, from natural tones to pastels. Between appointments, clients can book a free consultation to plan a look from inspiration photos. Makeup, updos and waxing are also offered.

Prices are listed as estimates, since the final cost depends on how long a service takes and the products involved, which vary with hair length, texture and thickness. Coloring includes a shampoo, conditioner and blow-out, and time beyond three hours is charged at $100 per hour. Extension hair is bought separately and costs between $400 and $700. A non-refundable $3 deposit is required for every appointment and is applied to the service. Clients need to give at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours ahead incur half the appointment charge, and anything under 24 hours is charged in full, as is a missed appointment without a call. Services and products are not refundable. Gift cards are available.
