When booking by text, clients send their first and last name, a photo of their current hair, an inspiration photo and their preferred stylist.

Downtown is open Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. North is open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm. Cancelling or moving an appointment needs at least 24 hours' notice, or 50% of the scheduled price is charged. Arriving more than 15 minutes late can forfeit the appointment with a 50% charge. Redo requests are honored only within 3 days of the service, and are free only when the same stylist performs them. The salon does not offer refunds of any kind.

Color and chemical clients disclose their color history and medications at consultation, and a patch test can be requested before booking. Color correction requires a consultation first and is booked as a Change Your Life blonde, with any previous box color history included. Color correction is priced by the hour or by the service booked, and timing or price may change after booking. Extension clients start with a $40 consultation, which is required before extension pricing or purchase and is deducted if extension hair is bought that day. Extension pricing is case by case, based on the amount of hair, length, color and brand, and includes the first installation. The salon advises waiting 24 to 48 hours after application before washing or chemically processing the hair.

Blowout memberships come in two tiers, cannot be shared, and unused blowouts expire at month end without rollover. Wedding dates are approved through a Save the Date form and an inquiry form before a contract is sent, and inquiries are handled by bridal consultant Elizabeth Pauker. Travel to a wedding requires at least 3 people needing styling; smaller parties book at the salon. Travel fees start at $85 and depend on stylist count and distance. Bridal parties can get ready at the salon, which has a space to relax and take photos, a natural light area for makeup artists and an outdoor patio.
