The Dominican Blowout is the service the salon is known for. A basic wash and blowout starts at $65 and takes about an hour. The DBO Silk Press, at $85, adds a deep conditioning treatment suited to the hair's condition and a flat iron finish. A longer Wash & Roller Set with the Dominican Experience, at $110, takes about two hours and fifteen minutes. Most color services include a Dominican Blowout.

A visit often begins with a consultation, which is recommended for new clients and runs about 15 minutes. Consultations can require payment if a strand test is needed. Some services, such as balayage and color correction, are priced after a consultation. Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be booked by phone or online. A valid credit card is required at booking to hold the appointment and is the default payment method. Prices vary with hair length and density.

Add-on treatments can be added to many services. Vial treatments cost $10 to $12 and take about five minutes each. Botox Boost and PlexForte are $35 add-ons that take about 30 minutes. The salon also offers formaldehyde-free keratin smoothing options and a Stop Damage / No Metal treatment for color-treated or natural hair.
