Clients can book online at either location. Color packages are priced for shoulder-length, average-density hair and include one color, while longer or very thick hair, extra colors and iron work are charged separately. Every haircut comes with a free bang or neck trim within three weeks, and cuts or color corrections can be redone within 7 days at no extra charge.

Color menu options range from partial and full highlights to blonding techniques such as balayage, babylights, color melt and ombre, plus vivid color and three-dimensional color using two shades. Color correction, which fixes earlier color that didn't turn out well, usually from home color, is charged at $100 per hour, with an estimate given at consultation. Keratin options include Hair Botox, a concentrated keratin treatment the salon says reduces frizz, and GK Hair Treatment, a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment that straightens or smooths hair. Keratin treatments are offered at the Peachtree City location only.

Natural hair services cover starter locs, loc retwists, loc styles including petals, barrel twists and two-strand twists, silk press, mini twists, ponytails and loc detox. Children are charged the same as adults regardless of age. Clients with a declined payment must settle the balance with their stylist before booking a new appointment.
