Suites are private and can be customized, and each comes equipped with a professional stylist chair, a shampoo sink and storage. Every suite has its own A/C controls, and nail suites have dedicated ventilation. Suites can also be shared with other professionals, and a microwave and kitchenette are available on site.

Leases are month-to-month with no long-term commitment, and several leasing options are offered. Rates are flat, and the site says they include no hidden fees or surprise charges. Gas, water and electricity are included in the rent, as is liability insurance for suite tenants and complimentary Wi-Fi. Free in-house washers and dryers are also available.

Access is 24/7 with keyless entry, and the property has 24-hour video surveillance. Parking is free on site for tenants and their clients. Tenants may use and sell the professional products of their choice. Suite tenants also get Gina's App for scheduling, client records, payments and inventory at no extra cost.
