Sasha's Salon Studios

Sasha's Salon Studios is a suite rental space in College Park, Georgia. Rather than employing a team, it leases private suites to independent beauty professionals who run their own businesses from them.

Suites come move-in ready and can be personalized, so a renter can begin working without first fitting out the space. The suites are available to cosmetologists, barbers, nail technicians, estheticians, massage therapists, makeup artists, lash technicians, tattoo artists and boutique owners. Rent starts at $275 per week.

Rent covers parking, utilities (gas, water, electric and Wi-Fi), laundry and kitchen use, smart locks and client buzz-in access. Shared features include a full kitchen, free onsite laundry, ADA accessibility, keyless 24/7 entry, 24-hour video surveillance and professional cleaning of common areas. Cleaning services can also be arranged for individual suites. The location is near MARTA and has plenty of free parking.

Leases run for two years and require a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Rent is due every Monday by noon, with a $25 daily late fee after that. Subleasing is not permitted. Music must stay at a volume that cannot be heard outside the suite, and profanity or offensive content is not allowed. FaceTime and speakerphone calls are not permitted in common areas. Applicants must be over 18 and provide a government photo ID or passport, a completed application, proof of cosmetology certification and/or a state-issued or business license, and a signed agreement.
