A visit usually starts with a consultation, where the stylist goes over a chart of looks so you can choose lash length and curl. The initial application takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the look and your natural lashes. Extensions are recommended for touch-ups every 2 to 3 weeks. Please remove eye makeup with a non-oil-based remover beforehand (an extra $10 applies if the technician has to remove it), and bring contacts out or a lens case. Services are non-refundable, and the salon describes a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are unhappy, call within 3 days and a complimentary fix appointment is scheduled, though the guarantee does not apply if you arrive with excessive makeup or are late.

Beyond lashes, the menu includes three facial options, eyebrow waxing and lamination, facial waxing for the brows, upper lip, chin and sideburns, threading at the Metuchen and Montclair locations, and personalized makeup. Dermaplaning and LED light facials are offered at the Somerville location. Virtual consultations are available for lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination and microblading.
