The studio was founded by Brenda Evaristo, a licensed esthetician with over 12 years of experience in the industry. It is open Monday, Friday from 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

The Glow Ritual Facial is a customizable 60-minute treatment that combines skincare with Reiki energy healing, crystal therapy and massage techniques. It requires a $25 deposit to book. Hocus Pocus is a 35-minute combination service at $40 that pairs a brow wax and upper-lip wax with an under-eye treatment using COSMEDIX Opti Crystal and a nourishing lip mask.

Brow services include a 75-minute brow lamination at $95, which includes a brow wax, and brow tint at $15. The lash lift at $95 is a 60-minute service that gives a curl meant to last on natural lashes. For events, a 90-minute personalized makeup trial is offered at $95 before a special occasion, alongside a feature-focused application at $65 for one feature such as the eyes or skin, and a full face application at $125 that includes lashes.

Booking policies cover cancellations and payment. A cancellation fee of 20 percent applies, and clients are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible to reschedule. Buy Now Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in amounts of $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
