The lash menu centers on faux mink extensions, available in a range of curls, lengths, thicknesses and colors. Options run from The Lite Lash Set, which applies extensions to about half of natural lashes in roughly an hour and does not include refills, to The Next Level Lash Fullset, which takes about 2.5 hours. Fills are offered as a standard or next-level refill, and each requires keeping at least half of the existing extensions; if fewer remain, the visit is booked as a full set. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks. Clients changing to a different lash style can book the Extended Refill Option, which allows two hours. For clients who prefer a lift, the studio offers a semi-permanent Korean lash lift done without glue, with results that typically last eight to ten weeks, and a standard lash lift with tint that lasts six to eight weeks. The salon says its extensions are among the softest and lightest on the market.

The skin menu runs from the 60-minute Glass Skin Facial, which combines dermaplaning, diamond-tip microdermabrasion and oxygen infusion, through hydroinfusion and enzyme-based treatments, a needle-free firming facial that pairs microcurrent with peptide therapy, and a 120-minute renewal offered only to returning clients. The Level 1 No Visible Peeling peel uses PCA Skin formulations and must be preceded by The Signature Glow Elevation facial. Dermaplaning and several masks, hand treatments and LED light therapy are also available as add-ons to other services. Brow services include shaping with wax and tint, brow lamination, and a brow treatment that uses a hydrojelly mask. Waxing covers the upper lip, cheeks, sideburns and the full face, excluding brows.

Appointments must be reserved with a credit or debit card. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours notice; cancelling within four hours counts as a no-show, and late cancellations are charged half of the scheduled fee while no-shows are charged in full. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the service, with full charges still applying. Services are not refundable, though a three-day guarantee covers application defects in lash sets. A patch test can be requested before a lash appointment for anyone with a past reaction to extensions. Mascara is not recommended with extensions, and small children are not accommodated in the lash room. Retail products can be returned or exchanged within seven days if unopened and undamaged, with receipt. Clients who join the inner circle mailing list receive 10% off their next service.
