The hair menu includes single process color, glaze, partial and full lightening, and color correction, which is priced after a consultation. Express single process is offered for guests short on time, and full gray coverage can be done in 10 minutes or less. Cutting options run from barber cuts and children's cuts to haircuts with blow dries and special occasion styles. Texturizing and smoothing services include perms, relaxers, and several keratin treatments, and scalp and hair treatments include a mask and a Fusio Dose. Color typically lasts 4 to 8 weeks, and the salon advises booking a blow dry, haircut or keratin after color rather than before. Color prices vary with hair length, thickness, technique and stylist experience, so first-time color guests are encouraged to book a consultation.

The spa side offers skincare facials, facial enhancements, lash and brow services, facial and hair removal, body hair removal, spray tanning and body treatments. The signature facial is priced at $88 and uses FarmHouse Fresh products. Three named facials are priced at $113 each, and Customize Your Facial at $25 adds tailored adjustments to any facial. Brow and lash tints use Refectocil vegetable-based tints. Spray tanning includes a full body Norvell spray tan, several partial options, and add-ons. Body treatments include the French Riviera Body Scrub and the Honey Hibiscus Nourishing Body Wrap.

Bridal services include a free consultation, which should be booked at least 12 weeks before the wedding. Brides can call or text to schedule, and bridal specialists offer on-site or in-salon services. Memberships are available with monthly plans, and members receive discounts on enhancements, color and retail items. Unused membership services roll over for 60 days while the plan remains active. The Glow Ritual is offered at the Lyndhurst location only. Members can gift a service to a friend for a $5 transfer fee.

Booking is available online at any hour, and a valid credit card is required to reserve. Reservations carry a 50% hold applied toward services on the day of the visit. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice, and a no-show is charged the full service fee. Guests who arrive 10 to 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled. The salon offers a 7-day window to raise concerns about a service, and no refunds are issued. Guests can switch to a different stylist within the salon. Lyndhurst hours run from 10am to 9pm on Mondays, 9am to 8:30pm on Fridays, 7am to 7:30pm on Saturdays, and 8:30am to 7:30pm on Sundays, with other weekday hours shorter or starting later. Parking at Lyndhurst is in a private lot behind the building off Valley Brook Avenue, first come first served, and Ridge Road has two-hour parking with side streets also available.
