Color work covers custom color, blonding, balayage, highlights, lived-in color and corrective color. Precision cuts are booked by hair length. Smoothing treatments reduce frizz and typically last eight to twelve weeks, and perms are also offered. Extension services start with a phone consultation with the salon and require a deposit. Customized facials and peels are offered at the Willow Creek salon.

Clients can cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Guests who run late may have their services shortened to fit the remaining time. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is left to the guest. Walk-ins are accommodated when the schedule allows, though advance booking is recommended. Guests who are unhappy with their results should contact the salon within two weeks of the appointment. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted. Gift cards bought from the salon can be redeemed at any location, and a loyalty program earns points on visits, purchases, prebooking and referrals.
