Every appointment begins with a consultation, and guests can come in only to talk through options before deciding on a service. Stylists work across four levels, from Associate and Stylist to Creative and Master Stylist, and pricing rises with level and with the technique a look requires. Stylists take part in a continued education program and mandatory trainings, and in Boise they also pursue advanced study in techniques, trends and hair health. Not every stylist is bookable online, so guests who want a particular stylist can call the location. Bookings can be made online, through the salon app or by phone.

The menu includes Signature, Extension, Thick and Full Hair, and Textured blowouts, along with updos for proms, galas and special events and wedding updos. Color work covers custom color, blonding, balayage, highlights, lived-in color and corrective color. Precision cuts are booked by hair length. Smoothing treatments reduce frizz and typically last eight to twelve weeks, and perms are also offered. Extension services start with a phone consultation with the salon and require a deposit. Customized facials and peels are offered at the Willow Creek salon.

Clients can cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Guests who run late may have their services shortened to fit the remaining time. Gratuity is not included in service prices and is left to the guest. Walk-ins are accommodated when the schedule allows, though advance booking is recommended. Guests who are unhappy with their results should contact the salon within two weeks of the appointment. Major credit and debit cards and cash are accepted. Gift cards bought from the salon can be redeemed at any location, and a loyalty program earns points on visits, purchases, prebooking and referrals.
