Each location is led by a licensed medical director, and the business says its laser technicians are certified and receive ongoing instruction in laser safety and the technology. Treatments are performed on Candela GentleMax Pro lasers, which combine Nd:YAG and Alexandrite wavelengths. A Zimmer cooling system blows cold air onto the treated area during sessions, and the business says appointments take 30 minutes or less, depending on the areas treated, with no downtime afterward. Technicians tailor settings to each client's hair growth, skin type and hair color.

Clients can start with a 4-treatment starter package for a single area, which is offered without a long-term commitment. Multi-area starter packages let clients combine areas such as underarms and Brazilian in one appointment, and a 6-treatment one-year full-body package is also available. Appointments for multi-area treatment are usually spaced every 6 to 8 weeks to match the active growth stage of hair, and each area follows a recommended plan of 12 to 16 total treatments.

Booking is handled by phone rather than email, and the business says it lists its pricing online.

Before treatment, clients are asked to arrive clean-shaven, wear loose clothing, and avoid recent sun exposure or tanning products. Shaving 12 to 24 hours beforehand is recommended, with no waxing, tweezing or hair removal creams for three weeks prior. Afterward, the business advises waiting two hours before showering or working out, using SPF 30 or higher sunscreen, and avoiding heat or tight clothing on the treated skin.
