Technicians talk through each client's nail goals and any special needs before starting. Stations are sanitized between services, and the staff say they are licensed. The salon says it puts client comfort, satisfaction and well-being first.

The menu includes gel manicures and pedicures using OPI polish, and dip overlays that build strength with colored powder and a top coat. Signature Baby Soft and Love Struck treatments combine salt scrubs, massage, hot towel or steam wraps, and nail and cuticle care. A Jelly pedicure uses a jelly made with natural extracts and essential oils, and a Volcano pedicure is a five-step spa pedicure the salon says helps detoxify the skin and improve circulation.

Lil Love services are for children ages 7 to 11, including manicures, pedicures and combined mani and pedi sessions that leave cuticles uncut. Girls can also book a spa birthday party with private salon use for 2.5 hours for up to 10 guests; the package includes a Lil Love mani and pedi, a spa robe and headband, slippers, a sparkling drink, a craft activity, a gift and a candy or popcorn bar. The salon also hosts private bookings for bridal parties, birthdays, book clubs and girls' days out, with customized packages.

Booking can be done through the Vagaro app or the salon's booking page. A credit card is required for first-time bookings. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are charged the full service amount. Gel or dip removal from an existing service should be noted in the booking comments so extra time can be set aside.
