Hair pricing is listed as estimated and subject to change, and many color and treatment prices are starting prices. A consultation with a stylist is free and includes pricing information. Sew-in, tape-in and K-tip extensions are priced after a consultation.

The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. A cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment is charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled cost.

Clients park in the 6th floor visitor parking of the garage. Parking must be paid within 15 minutes of arrival by scanning the QR code posted in the garage. Unpaid parking leads to a citation and a bill from the parking management company, and the salon is not responsible for those fees. Street metered parking is also available nearby.
