Extensions are the studio's core work. Every new client has an extension consultation before installation so the color and texture can be matched, and the stylists blend hair to suit each client's texture. Methods include natural beaded rows, invisible beaded extensions, Meraki extensions, and the studio's own Love | Heyden method. Clients who live far away can book virtual consultations.
Color services come with aftercare instructions and ongoing communication from the stylists. Clients can also work with the team on a personalized hair care plan. The studio offers access to Isles Formula and Unite hair care brands and says it uses only products and tools that do not subject hair to damage.
Each set of extensions is tailored by blending hair to match the client's texture and color, and color work is built around the individual client.
The studio aims for a relaxed atmosphere.
