The Retro Room Salon

The Retro Room Salon was founded with the goal of offering high-quality hair services in a welcoming, relaxing setting. Felicia Cordova owns the salon and works as one of its stylists, and the team includes co-owner Marli Lauck alongside a group of stylists with a range of specialties.

Hair services are grouped together and cover custom cuts, creative color, extensions, and smoothing treatments. The color work includes balayage, blonding, lived-in and dimensional color, vivids, color matching, and corrective color. Clients can add a one-on-one appointment with a stylist to get advice on products for their hair type and styling, which can be booked along with the service.

The salon says it aims to be a safe and welcoming space for people with special needs, people with disabilities, and the LGBTQAI community. It works with nonprofit organizations and donates staff time to community causes.

The salon is open Monday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.

Stylists tailor their work to each client, with the aim of helping people reach the look they want.
