Visits are by appointment only, booked online through the salon's booking page. Monday runs 9 AM to 2 PM, Thursday through Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM, and the salon is closed Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Listed prices are starting points that vary by stylist level, hair length and service complexity, and the final price is confirmed at the appointment.
The studio is wheelchair accessible and offers Wi-Fi, complimentary beverages and snacks, and TV during appointments. The salon suggests it suits guests 16 and up.
Extension work is done with Divinity Hair Co., Victoria's own luxury extension line, which the salon also sells. Installs use only Divinity Hair Co. hair, which is 100% Remy human hair and cuticle aligned. The wefts have a thin, water resistant seam and can be cut and stacked without unraveling, and the brand describes them as gym approved and motorcycle approved. Extension maintenance is typically booked every 6 to 8 weeks, and color on extension hair should be done by a licensed stylist. The weft install does not include the hair itself.
Divinity Hair Co. products are final sale. Unused wefts can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery, and a 90-day factory warranty covers construction defects. Stylists who are licensed cosmetologists or certified extension artists can open a Pro Account for wholesale pricing.
