Each appointment opens with a conversation about lifestyle and hair history, and each service starts with a consultation on what the client wants, how their hair will behave and how to keep it up between visits. Every cut is followed by a styling lesson. Cut prices depend on stylist level and hair length. The salon is open Tuesday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 7 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 9 PM, Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday, with Mondays set aside for education.

Single-process color takes about 90 minutes, while full balayage or dimensional highlights take three to four hours including toning, gloss and blow-dry. Gray blending and lived-in color can stretch time between appointments to eight to twelve weeks. Color correction is mapped out at consultation and is often booked in stages. Extensions are chosen after a consultation and use tape-ins or sewn-in wefts made from 100% human hair by ultra-luxury brands. A first tape-in usually takes two to three hours, including color match, application and finishing cut. Tape-ins are repositioned every six to eight weeks and sewn-in wefts every six to ten weeks.

Wedding work covers bridal hair, a trial session held four to six weeks before the wedding, and on-location styling for the whole wedding party. On-site appointments are available across South Jersey and the Philadelphia area, priced by how far the team travels and how many people are being styled. Brides have been styled at Hotel du Village, Terrain, Ashford Estate, Bonnet Island Estate, Union League, Bellevue Philadelphia, Hudson House, Scotland Run, Palace at Somerset Park, The Merion and Lucien's Manor. Makeup options include bridal makeup, special-occasion makeup and makeup lessons, done in either a traditional or an airbrush finish, with lashes added on request. A typical makeup application takes 45 to 60 minutes, while a bridal makeup trial, consultation included, runs 60 to 75 minutes.

The salon works from restraint, refining current trends rather than following them. Each service begins with a consultation covering the client's goals, how their hair will behave and how to maintain it between visits.
