Because curly hair differs from one person to the next, the salon tailors each service to the client rather than applying one routine. Curly cuts are dry cuts that include washing, styling and finishing. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, detangled, air dried and free of product, and with no pins, hair ties, hats or scarves in the hair.

Color services range from root touch-ups and glazes to custom foil in mini, partial and full sizes, along with blonding, balayage, vivid color and color correction. For custom foiling, clients bring inspiration photos and the stylist chooses the technique. K18 can be added at the appointment as a bond builder for custom foil and foil-and-cut combinations.

Appointments must be approved by the studio before they are confirmed. Pricing changes by professional, so clients pick a stylist when booking. New clients book a New Client Consultation before any service and leave a deposit that goes toward the total on the day. Hair extensions begin with a consultation, and the extension appointment itself takes place in the salon.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a non-refundable fee of 50% of the booked service. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness, after which the visit counts as a no-show and the card on file is charged.
