The menu is grouped into mani and pedi pairings, manicures, pedicures, overlays and extensions, men's services, and add-ons and removals. Manicures and pedicures come in Simple & Sweet, Signature and Deluxe levels. The Signature level adds a sugar scrub with a hand and arm massage on manicures, or a calf and foot massage on pedicures. The Deluxe level adds a choice of paraffin wax or a detox clay masque. Gel finishes and rubber gel are available across much of the menu.
The salon describes itself as a premier manicure and nail salon in Pittsburgh, and says it won a Best of 2026 Nail Salon award in Pittsburgh, decided by Google reviews. It states that every technician is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Cosmetology.
Bookings are confirmed by call, text or email at least 24 hours ahead. Appointments not confirmed within 12 hours of the start time may be cancelled, and clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may lose the appointment. A no-show without notice is charged 50% of the booked service. Appointments can be rescheduled from the confirmation or by calling the studio with no rescheduling charge. Groups of three or more are asked to call rather than book online. Gift certificates are valid for one year from purchase, are non-refundable and transferable, are redeemed at the studio they were bought for, and do not include tips.
Sanitation is part of every appointment. Tools are sterilized after each client, the pedicure chairs have no plumbing circulating water between guests, and a fresh disposable liner goes on for every person served.
The Lawrenceville studio has a lounge by the window for waiting.
