Ron Greening owns the salon and personally selects its staff. The salon describes its team as professionally trained and educated on current color and cutting techniques, and says its stylists take a friendly approach aimed at meeting each client's needs.

New clients call 412-681-0690 to set up an account before they can book online. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. Arriving more than ten minutes late means rescheduling. A credit card must be kept on file for every service, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged half the service fee, while no-shows are charged the full fee to that card. Cash, checks and major credit cards are accepted, with a $2 service charge on card payments of $100 or less and $3 on larger ones. Tips are cash only. Pay parking runs along Ellsworth Avenue, and free two-hour parking is available in the nearby residential streets of Shadyside.

Hair extensions can be applied hand-tied, tape-in or clip-in, and the hair is custom ordered after a consultation. Keratin treatments and extensions are priced after consultation. Gift cards in any amount are available for services and products.

The salon hand-selects its stylists and aims to meet each client's needs with a friendly, consultative approach.
