The menu runs from an express manicure and pedicure to classic, SpaRitual, and gentlemen's options, with gel manicures, Gel-X and PLEXIGEL extensions, and custom nail art. Pedicures include foot soaks, callus work, and heel care, and a few spa packages combine a manicure, pedicure, and treatments into a visit of about two and a half hours. Guests can add collagen treatments, a dry body brush, or a hot stone to most services.

The studio asks guests to silence their phones on arrival and does not allow children unless they have a scheduled appointment, with silent appointments available. Gel polish repair is free for up to three days after service, and the studio will not remove acrylic, dip, or hard gel that was applied elsewhere, so clients should have it removed before arriving.

Booking carries a 24-hour cancellation notice and a card on file. A $50 charge applies to no-shows and late cancellations, and guests who miss more than one scheduled appointment are no longer able to book. Guests who expect to be late should call right away, since the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Group events are welcome, with service providers working in phases. Group bookings require a $100 non-refundable deposit that is applied at checkout, a 20% gratuity on each service, 36 hours' notice for add-ons, and 36 hours' notice for cancellations. Light snacks and drinks are allowed. Gift cards are non-refundable and can be used for services and products.
