Lash services cover classic and natural classic sets, where extensions are applied one by one to natural lashes. Other styles include 3D volume sets that fan three lightweight fibers onto each natural lash, double Y-shaped YY sets, hybrid sets with strategically mixed lengths, and wispy sets with soft peaks and longer lengths at the center of the eye. A wispy open-eye style is also available.
Hair extensions can be applied with tape-in, clip-in or sew-in methods, and the Technical I-Tip technique uses a cold application. The business offers a free evaluation for hair extensions. Its shop sells extensions made from 100% human hair in straight, wavy and curly textures, priced from $380 to $1,380, with shipping within the USA calculated at checkout.
Bookings are made for Sunday to Monday, 9 AM to 3 PM, according to the booking page. A booking deposit is required, and it does not cover the full service price. After paying the deposit, clients confirm and schedule through WhatsApp. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may receive a shorter service or have the appointment cancelled. Consent forms for brows and lashes can be downloaded in Spanish and English.
The studio also runs a Lashista masterclass for people starting out in lash extensions. It covers classic, hybrid and volume techniques over two in-person days, followed by six days of one-on-one virtual follow-up. The group is limited to 4 students, and the course includes a professional certificate and a professional kit for 30 clients. The total cost is $1,380, made up of a $380 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit and a $1,000 balance paid on the first in-person day by Zelle, Cashback or cash.
