The studio says its aim is a pleasant visit using quality skincare, waxing, tinting and lash products, and that clients should leave feeling more confident with their natural features enhanced. It names sanitation and cleanliness as its top priority. After waxing, it applies Finipil, an over-the-counter antiseptic cream made by Equibal Labs, which the studio says destroys 99.999% of bacteria and helps protect against ingrowns.

Waxing uses Nufree Nudesse, a soy-based, anhydrous non-wax hair removal formula. The studio describes it as self-preserving and antibacterial and says it never sticks to the skin.

Lash work centers on NovaLash extensions, with one synthetic extension bonded to each natural lash using Platinum Bond Adhesive. A classic full set applies a single extension to each natural lash, while a volume full set applies a fan of lashes to each one. Touch-ups are recommended after the first full set to refill lashes that have shed, and a visit about every three weeks is suggested to maintain fullness. Mascara is typically not needed with extensions, and the studio points to its NovaLash glycol and carbonate-free mascara if a client wants one. Lash Lift, a lash perm that lifts and curls natural lashes for up to six weeks according to the studio, includes tint and takes 45 to 60 minutes.

Brow services include the fearless brow style, developed by Amanda Jane to enhance natural shape and define the brow bone structure, and brow tinting customized for each client. Booking is online through the schedule page, and a wait list sends a text when a time opens. Children are not allowed in the treatment room, except for the Milk & Cookies Facial. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours notice, and shorter notice or a missed appointment is charged the full scheduled service. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm, with Sunday and Monday closed.
