The spa says it builds each visit around the individual and combines several services and modalities, since it does not see wellness as coming from one method. The massage menu runs from Swedish and deep tissue work to hot stone, prenatal, therapeutic medical and seasonal Farmhouse Fresh massages. Swedish massage is offered from 30 to 120 minutes, and couples can book side-by-side Swedish or deep tissue tables in the same room. Prenatal massages are done side-lying with supportive pillows and bolsters, and pregnant guests are asked to call so they can be matched with a prenatal-trained therapist.

The facial menu centers on three Hydrafacial options: a 30-minute Glow Up without boosters, serums or massage; a 60-minute Deluxe with exfoliation, suction extraction, a peptide and antioxidant treatment, serum boost, LightStim Therapy and hand massage; and a 90-minute Platinum that adds lymphatic drainage and hand, foot and scalp massage. Body services include a back treatment, a body wrap paired with a scrub or a full facial, and a range of manicures, pedicures, gel extensions and waxing services. Infrared saunas are available for one person or a group, and spa parties are offered for celebrations such as bridal showers and birthdays, priced on request.

Reservations require a credit card on file, which is not charged until services are rendered. Appointments can be cancelled online or by phone without penalty up to 12 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the services booked, and group services need 48 hours notice to cancel. Membership is $150 per month, credited to the member's spa account, with 10% off services, 15% off retail and workshops, and a complimentary drink at each visit.

The spa says it creates customized experiences for each client and combines several services and modalities rather than relying on one approach to wellness.

Treatments are built with sensory elements, and two of the three spas sit in historic downtown buildings.
