Anyone who arrives with eye makeup on pays a $15 cleaning fee. Facial guests should come in with a bare or only lightly made-up complexion, and should keep out of the sun and avoid waxing or chemical peels in the 48 hours beforehand. Retinol and exfoliating products are off limits the evening before, and drinking plenty of water ahead of the visit is encouraged. Allergies, skin sensitivities or eye conditions should be mentioned in advance; they are also covered in the consent form.
