Loft Twelve Salon

Loft Twelve Salon is a hair salon in Lincoln Park, run by co-founders Laura Kelley-Hayes and Erin Nelson. The salon came about when Erin moved from working as a stylist into salon ownership in 2019, and she set it up together with Laura.

Haircuts are offered for women and men, along with fringe and nape trims. Highlight work includes fringe highlights, partial foil, partial balayage and full highlights or balayage. Color services cover root touch-ups, root touch-ups with highlights, root shadow gloss, gloss, base adjusting, double process blonde and men's camo color. Corrective color is by consultation only.

Styling options include blow-dries, blowouts after color, iron work, formal styling, updos and bridal trials. Treatments include K18, Bond Builder, Masque and Brazilian Blowout, which is priced at 130 per hour, with the time and cost depending on hair density and length. Hair extensions can be applied to the full head by consultation, added as individual pieces in three lengths, or removed.

The salon says its aim is a good experience in the chair and hair clients feel good about. Retail hair products are sold through an online shop.

Consultation comes first for corrective color and extensions, and the team aims for a good visit and hair that clients like.
