Laura Kelley-Hayes is a Chicago hair stylist and co-founder of Loft Twelve Salon with Erin Nelson. She has about 20 years of experience in the hair industry and has lived in Chicago for more than 15 years.

She began her career at the Douglas J Aveda Institute in Michigan and has taken continuing education classes in London, New York, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles. She worked for many years at Genacelli Salon/East Studio in Lincoln Park, where she rose to Master Stylist and Education Director.

She is a cut and color specialist and works with both men and women clients.
