The scalp treatment is offered to support hair and scalp health, including concerns such as thinning hair, decreased volume, dandruff and sebum buildup. It begins with a consultation and a scalp exam under a 1000X microscope, then includes a scalp massage with a specialized gel and oil, a medicated scalp shampoo, a scalp conditioner and a scalp tonic massage. The head spa is designed as repeated treatments rather than a single visit. The Anti Aging Combo is a head spa that cleans scalp pores and removes buildup such as old dirt, silicone and styling product residue. The Luxe and Anti Aging combos include Milbon small-size shampoo and conditioner and a treatment mask for home care.

A consultation is required before booking any chemical service, and balayage and ombre require one as well. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and is requested for new clients, services longer than 2.5 hours, and clients with non-U.S. phone numbers. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the appointment value, and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Clients running 10 or more minutes late should call the salon. Products and services are non-refundable, but if a client reports dissatisfaction within 7 days and books a redo within 14 days, the salon will redo the service at no charge. Chemical menus carry an extra length fee, and long or thick hair adds $10 to $50 to combo and service prices. Gift cards are sold through the booking site. The keratin treatment is not a straight perm and does not straighten hair.
