A visit usually starts with a conversation. Haircut consultations are complimentary and include talking through the style you want, and a color consultation is recommended before any color or treatment service. Color plans are built after a stylist reviews your hair type and any challenges. Clients can bring reference photos to consultations and appointments. Hair color pricing depends on hair type, length, color history and other factors, so the salon gives a quote after the consultation. For in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, Buy Now, Pay Later is available, subject to approval before the appointment.
Curly hair is a central focus. The salon offers the Lavish Curly Cut, a Wash and Curly Set, an Olaplex curl rebuilding treatment and a Platinum Plus cut that is a customized dry curly cut for first-time clients. Classes include a Mommy and Daddy and Me session on caring for a child's curly hair and a course on managing curly hair at home. A detangling fee applies when needed for curly cuts. The salon also runs Lavish Curls Academy, which trains stylists in cutting and styling curly hair.
Services go beyond hair. Men's grooming covers beard trimming, head shaving and straight razor shaves. Non-hair services include eyelash extensions, waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, and airbrush tanning. The Traveling Glam Team provides onsite makeup and hairstyling for special days and events, with a minimum of three people for travel. Those bookings are arranged through a consultation at the salon before the event.
Each service begins with a consultation, and color plans are shaped around each client's hair type and history. The salon says it uses premium hair products and current cutting, coloring and styling techniques.
