The salon says its team stays the same from month to month, so clients can build long-term relationships with the same stylists. Stylists advise clients on which products suit their hair, and the salon carries Pureology and Moroccan Oil lines. Products can also be bought online through a partnership with Salon Interactive.

Services fall into color, hairstyling, texture and perms, and waxing. Color options start with toner at $35 and one process color at $95, with partial and full highlights from $170 to $200, cut combinations at $210 and $240, and partial and full balayage. Keratin express blowouts and keratin complex treatments are priced after a consultation.

Balayage, highlights, bleach and tone, corrective color, keratin and perm appointments require a deposit, which is returned or applied to a new date if changed at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations are asked for 24 to 48 hours ahead depending on the service, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the scheduled fee. The salon accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and personal checks with identification. Gratuities are not added to card payments, and children must be supervised in the salon at all times.
