Lash services are grouped by coverage. Natural (Classic) places one silk extension on each natural lash. Light Coverage (Hybrid) adds two to three extensions per natural lash for a light density that suits sparse lashes. Medium Coverage (Volume) layers up to six lightweight extensions on one natural lash, and Max Coverage (Mega) up to twelve ultra-fine extensions. Classic full sets run about one to one and a half hours, Volume about one and a half to two hours, and Mega about two to three hours.

The extensions are animal cruelty-free, and the salon says they are twice as light and soft as traditional extensions. The adhesive is medical-grade and free of both latex and formaldehyde. Gel pads made from plant material and infused with aloe extract and vitamin C are used to isolate the lower lashes. The salon states that its lash specialists are board-certified. Before and after photos are documented for quality and safety, and the studio is under security surveillance.

Nano Brows is microblading performed with a single-needle machine, listed under permanent makeup brows. The salon says this technique is more precise and less traumatic than traditional microblading.

Refills are honored two to three weeks after the original set, provided at least half the lashes are still applied; later refills or those with fewer than half the lashes are charged as a full set. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancelling 12 or more hours ahead earns a gift card equal to the deposit, while changes inside 12 hours carry a 50% late fee.
