Nails are a large part of the menu. Clients can choose from basic, deluxe and ultimate spa manicures and pedicures, with a Queen Spa Pedicure at the top of the price list. Gel, dip, acrylic and Gel X full sets are offered alongside fills, pink and white and ombre finishes, and gel shellac add-ons. Spa pedicure chairs are available, and the salon works with professional nail care lines.

Hair services include women's and men's cuts, fade haircuts, beard trims, blow dries, flat iron and curl styling, base and full color, partial highlights, lowlights, ombre, keratin treatments, Botox, and color correction. Hair and scalp conditioning treatments are also available. Hair extension pricing is set after a consultation.

Booking is done through the salon's online booking page. Rescheduling or cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment makes the deposit non-refundable, and a new deposit is needed to book future appointments. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice if they cannot keep an appointment. The salon is open 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sunday.
