Standard lash services take under an hour, while UV LED appointments take about one to two hours and require prepayment. The glue is oil-proof and water-resistant, and a system called The Whisper removes adhesive fumes during appointments. Fill pricing depends on timing: regular fill prices apply when appointments are kept every two to three weeks, and full set prices apply after four weeks or more. Lash-Me also offers a fill service for lashes applied by another studio, blended to its own standards. Lash memberships start at $49.99 per month with a one-year commitment, are available at the Austin location only, and are offered after a client's first visit.

Cancellations made 24 or more hours ahead have no fee. Cancellations under 24 hours carry a $25 fee, same-day cancellations a $50 fee, and no-shows are charged 100% of the booked service, or a flat $60 for members. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and a card is kept on file and charged only if these policies apply. Lash-Me is not liable for lash loss caused by improper aftercare, lifestyle or outside conditions. Lash extensions are not recommended for people with light sensitivity, recent eye surgery, active eye conditions, or an allergy to cyanoacrylate adhesives. Clients who are pregnant, or who have certain eye, skin or medication concerns, are advised to consult a doctor before booking UV LED lashes.
