Bookings are by appointment only, Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, with Saturdays reserved for events and the studio closed Sunday and Monday. Color work needs a consultation before a first booking, and that consultation fee is applied to the color service. Haircut bookings are limited to a small number of new clients at a time. Extension applications require a retainer to hold the appointment, and extension consultations are charged and then credited toward the service. Clients who book with a companion should note that children under 14 may only come along if a service is being performed on them at the same time, and that one companion per client is allowed unless approved in advance. Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours notice, and a credit card is required to hold appointments. Clients more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows, and appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed incur a charge of half the service amount. Group bookings of four or more require 72 hours notice.

Glam Hauscall brings hair and makeup to a client's house, hotel, or short-term rental. Requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours. A travel fee depends on mileage and time, and parking fees apply when needed. Clients are asked to shower beforehand and arrive with a cleansed face and freshly washed hair. The salon brings its own products and tools but can work with products a client provides. Glam members receive one grace appointment per year for last-minute changes, cancellations, or no-shows; membership details are available by inquiring at the studio.

Beyond glam, the studio offers non-surgical hair loss and scalp care, including custom Cheveux Direct hair systems made of human hair in lengths from 6 to 16 inches, toppers, and wigs. Scalp micropigmentation is also offered, with pricing that ranges from $800 to $4,000 depending on the area to cover, remaining hair density, the blending needed, and whether scars need covering. Head spa and deep conditioning services are available as add-ons. Product returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase as store credit, and extension products follow the guarantee in the signed purchase agreement.
