Dolce Salon opened in 2007 in West Lake Hills, Austin, when founder Cris Coleman built its first location. The business moved into its current 2,500 square foot salon and spa in 2011 and has been operating for 18 years. The salon describes itself as a top-rated hair salon and spa and says it holds a five-star rating from more than 500 reviews on Yelp, Google and Facebook.

Facials are given in a private suite, and clients can request silent appointments or book the suite for a secluded visit. Mobile hair services are offered in Austin and surrounding cities. Gift cards and memberships can be bought through the Phorest booking page.

Couples can begin with a free wedding consultation, then book a hair and makeup trial and wedding-day hair and makeup, either at their venue or at the salon. The salon also provides hair and makeup for portraits, proms, PR events and other special occasions. Its makeup artists have worked with celebrities, fitness professionals, models and brides. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday. The space is also available for event rentals; inquiries go through the contact page.
