New hair installs begin with a consultation, which takes about 15 minutes and has no charge. No other service can be booked until that consultation is done.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid in cash (exact amount only), by Zelle or by Apple Pay. Afterpay is accepted for deposits when booking online, and it can also cover the full amount if an invoice is requested before the appointment; invoices must be paid within 24 hours or they are voided. Clients are asked to text when they arrive.

The salon is open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 11 pm and Saturday from 7 am to 11 pm, and it is closed on Sundays. A $10 cooperation fee applies to children who cannot sit through their service, though children with special needs or neurodivergence, including autism, are exempt. Arriving 10 minutes late adds a $25 late fee, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. If the stylist causes a delay, the deposit is refunded or moved to a future appointment.

New hair installs start with a consultation, and prices are set around each client's hair length, density and the complexity of the work.
