Several services start with a consultation. A consultation lasts 30 minutes, costs $50 and requires a $20 deposit, and clients are asked to bring photos for reference. A consultation must be booked before Starter Coils, Starter 2 Strands, Instant Locs, Loc Extension and all color services, and appointments for the starter and extension services are denied without one. Starter Coils and Starter 2 Strands carry a $50 deposit that is non-refundable, non-transferable and forfeited on a reschedule or cancellation.

Loc maintenance requires hair to have been kept up for at least two months before booking. Otherwise an Extra Loc Lovin add-on is added, which also applies to matted or frizzy hair, hair neglected for three months or more, an extra shampoo or unraveling starter locs. Pricing rises for hair past the shoulder blades, and loc extensions need natural hair between two and four inches long. Pipe cleaner styles are done with the pipe cleaners supplied by the client, and using salon pipe cleaners carries a $20 fee. Curls styles take three to four hours to dry in the salon, and clients may bring their own rods to take home.
