Appointments are scheduled so that none overlap, so each client has the stylist entirely to themselves for the visit. A 30-minute consultation costs $25 and is used to talk through hair goals and texture; the fee is applied to the service booked. Adult braid styles include knotless, box, boho, feed-in, crochet, kinky twist and stitch braids, and the portfolio shows knotless, boho, loc and twist examples.

Children ages 6 to 10 can book braids, twists, feed-ins and loc retwists. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 11 AM to 10:30 PM, with the salon closed Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
