The salon presents a visit as a reset rather than a quick transaction. The room is set up like a lounge, with cream banquettes, blush pillows, an orange accent wall and a station for each guest. Mimosas are served from eleven, and cafecito and sparkling water are available during opening hours. If a celebration is noted at booking, a glass is provided at no charge.

The menu runs from standard manicures with regular polish to gel, dip powder, Structure gel with a rubber base, luminary, polygel and Russian manicures. The Russian manicure uses a dry electric-file technique and is priced at $85. Nail extensions include polygel, Aprés Gel-X, ombre full sets and acrylic. Pedicures range from a classic sea salt version to jelly, Russian, and the 10-step Footlogix medi-pedi. Nail art is sold as add-on tiers, and packages pair manicures and pedicures.

Clients can ask for a specific artist by name. Returning clients are routed to their last artist unless they choose someone else. Walk-ins are taken when a chair is open, but Saturdays fill up, so booking ahead is recommended. Appointments can be booked online or by calling or texting (786) 536-2163, or emailing appointments@laquehouse.com. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours ahead with no fee. Private events such as buyouts, showers, birthdays and networking nights are hosted on Sundays, and artists can come to a client's location for day-rate work on shoots and events.

The salon treats a manicure as a reset and describes its air and product approach as clean beauty, with TPO-free and HEMA-free polish and gel systems.
