Each visit moves through four stages: preparing, performing, detailing and disinfecting. In preparation, a pre-wax cleanser lifts oil and residue, then a pre-wax oil forms a barrier between the skin and the wax. Waxing uses a creamy hard wax made in France that is described as stripless and suited to sensitive skin. Afterward an antiseptic cooling gel is applied, and the specialist reviews the work before finishing.

Tools are disinfected after every treatment with EPA-registered products and are never double dipped. No other person may be in the room during a waxing treatment. Clients are asked to gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before the appointment, and hair should be at least a quarter inch long for smooth results. Waxing is not offered on skin that is sunburned or irritated until it has fully healed.

Booking is done online by creating or logging into an account, completing the required fields, and signing a release form after the confirmation email arrives. Phone and text booking is available at 917-975-1235. Gratuity is not included in prices, and arrivals more than 8 minutes late may mean not every service can be completed. Changes can be made through the account, the confirmation email, or by texting. Series expire one year after purchase.

Prenatal waxing is offered for clients 28 weeks pregnant and beyond. It is a deluxe bikini treatment that includes a pregnancy cushion and takes double the time of a regular bikini wax, using hospital-grade disinfectants and non-recycled hard wax made with jojoba oil. The business says it is the only waxing company that specializes in prenatal waxing and describes the service as built around hygiene and safety. Clients less than 28 weeks along are directed to a Brazilian wax instead.

Treatments follow a four-stage method of preparing, performing, detailing and disinfecting, with a review of each result before the visit ends.
