Brow work is a major part of the menu. Tinting, shaping and lamination can be booked alone or in combined packages, and permanent makeup includes microblading, microshading, ombre powder brows, nano brows, permanent eyeliner and lip blush with custom-blended shades. Permanent makeup is performed by licensed estheticians. Makeup applications are offered in the studio or as outcall appointments, in eyes-only, traditional and airbrush styles, with lash add-ons available.

Bridal makeup is customized to each client's features, wedding style and preferences, using long-wearing products. Bridal trials are available before the wedding day, and both in-salon and outcall options are offered. Prices are listed separately for a studio artist and for Shara Strand, with the owner's rates set higher.

Makeup lessons are one-on-one and taught by licensed estheticians. Each lesson opens with a consultation about the client's goals and current routine. The instructor applies makeup to one half of the face while the student copies the technique on the other half. Students can buy any makeup, brushes or skincare used during the lesson. The studio also runs Shara Makeup Academy, which offers courses for aspiring makeup artists in small classes with no prior experience required, along with certificates for completed hours and advice on starting a cosmetology or aesthetics license.

The studio focuses on clean, skin-friendly makeup, using mineral-based products that are described as non-comedogenic, scent-free and never tested on animals.
