Brow options range from a quick tint, to waxing and shaping, to tweezing, to brow lamination that the studio says lasts 6-8 weeks, with tint and wax can be combined into one visit. Lash options include a tint on natural lashes and a lash lift with tint, which the studio says lasts 6-8 weeks and can be rebooked every 8 weeks. Clients are asked to arrive with makeup-free lashes for the lift. The studio also offers Nano Brows, which it describes as a semi-permanent tattoo that needs a yearly touch-up and is described as hyper-realistic, feathery, natural and fluffy, with hair-like strokes. Booking Nano Brows requires a $100 deposit.

Visits have a few practical rules. Guests and children are not allowed during appointments. Clients have a 10-minute grace period, and arriving later than that cancels the appointment with a charge of the full service amount. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead avoid a 50% charge to the card on file, while no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full amount. If a card on file declines, the client must contact the studio directly before booking again. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash and card, with a 3% processing fee on credit and debit cards. Cash payments must be the exact total because the studio does not carry change.

Gift cards are available in amounts of $50, $75, $100 and $200, or a custom amount. Gift card sales are final.
