Booking policies are strict and worth reading before an appointment. Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours ahead are free. Cancellations within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, are charged 75% of the scheduled total, and missed appointments without a call are charged the full total. Deposits and booking fees are nonrefundable and apply to the appointment they were paid for. Removing or reducing services can count as a partial cancellation, and significant reductions must also be made 24 hours in advance. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
