Brow services center on three techniques. Nano hair-stroke places dimensional strokes that follow natural hair growth. Powder shading is a soft method that can be styled to the client and built up for more density. The combination technique pairs hair strokes at the front of the brow with shading along the arch and tail. Nano and powder can be used on clients with little or no brow hair. Brow lamination and tint is also offered, and touch-ups are scheduled by how long it has been since the first procedure.

A visit begins with a consultation covering skin, lifestyle, and shape and color preferences. Photos are taken at check-in, and a pencil stencil is drawn for approval before any work starts. An online consultation form with digital sketches lets clients look at options before booking. Appointments run about 2.5 hours.

Booking is only through the online booking site, which releases the following month's availability on the 1st. A booking fee is due at booking, goes toward the total, and is non-refundable. It covers one reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. A missed appointment is charged the full service price to the card on file. Clients must be 18 or older. Those with brow permanent makeup from another artist send a photo of current work for approval, and a $100 correction fee applies on top of the standard price.

The studio also offers hands-on training for aspiring permanent makeup artists, in individual sessions and small groups. The studio describes its experience as a luxury one from first consultation to final touch-up and says its bilingual team welcomes Spanish-speaking clients.

Each visit starts with a full consultation on skin, lifestyle, and brow shape and color, followed by a pencil stencil for client approval before any work begins.
