The spa describes itself as Frankfort's premier medical and wellness spa. About

Treatments are physician supervised and carried out by licensed doctors, nurses and estheticians. The team includes nurses, a dedicated physician, licensed estheticians and a permanent make-up artist. The spa says it keeps up with ongoing advanced education so its care reflects current developments in esthetics and wellness.

Primary care visits can be virtual or in person and cover visits, prescriptions and refills. Clients can have up to two visits a month, with up to 10 visits within a six-month membership. Lab orders are included with a visit, while the lab tests themselves are billed separately by the facility that performs them. Care covers conditions such as STIs, UTIs, sick visits, pap smears, women's health, tooth infections and gastrointestinal issues. The service does not accept insurance, does not prescribe narcotics and does not offer pain management, and it provides referrals for most conditions it does not treat in-house.

Hormonal therapy plans include a PCOS cycle reset, a metabolic and aging reset for pre-menopause and menopause, and a male metabolic reset for low testosterone, insulin resistance and libido. Each plan includes monthly check-ins with a nurse practitioner and a customized skincare and supplement regimen. Memberships also cover acne care, athlete recovery, regular facials and a combined facial and booster plan. Members receive 10 percent off add-ons, Tox, fillers, packages and retail products.

Retail products include suncream, face masks, body lotions, anesthetic creams, spot treatment gels and serums, and the spa uses medical-grade Korean and American skincare. Individual services can be booked online, while memberships are arranged by phone or in person. Financing is available through Cherry, and gift cards for products or services can be bought online.

The spa presents itself as a full-spectrum wellness destination rather than a clinic focused only on Botox, combining medical oversight with aesthetic and wellness care.
