Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Friday 3 PM to 8 PM, with Monday, Saturday and Sunday closed.

Lash extensions are the core of the menu. Classic full sets are $140, hybrid sets $150 and volume sets $175, each taking 120 minutes. Mega volume sets are $190 and take 150 minutes, using larger volume fans and finer lashes. Custom sets for anime, wet, fairy, angel and color styles start at $150, and brown lash full sets start at $140 with three options offered.

Between full sets, clients can book a mega volume fill ($95, 90 minutes), a two-week fill ($75, 60 minutes), a three-week fill ($85, 90 minutes), or a mini fill ($65, 30 minutes) as a quick touch-up for existing clients. Fills are not offered to first-time clients and need at least 40% to 50% of the existing lashes still in place; otherwise a full set is charged. Clients arriving with lashes from another artist book a removal and full set instead, and the business does not work over other lash technicians' work. Removal costs $40 and takes 60 minutes.

For clients who want their natural lashes curled and lifted without extensions, a Korean lash lift with tint costs $140 and takes 90 minutes. Clients wait eight weeks between lash lifts. Brow services include waxing ($30, 45 minutes), tinting ($45, 30 minutes), waxing with tinting ($75, 90 minutes), and lamination with tint and wax ($160, 120 minutes). Brow services may not be offered to clients using retinol or products prescribed by a dermatologist.

The studio also offers body jewelry, with bracelets from $65, anklets from $70 and belly chains from $160, and special event hair and makeup at $95 each, with bridal bookings made separately. VIP appointments outside scheduled hours can be arranged in advance for a $50 deposit added to the service price. Clients should arrive on time, with clean lashes and no makeup, and brow clients should arrive with no makeup on. Guests and children are not permitted at appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late must reschedule, and cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours incur a full fee, while cancellations 24 hours ahead incur half. Clients with a past reaction to lash products receive a patch test before a full set.
